01Overview
System Minded is the practice of Tala Delvarani, AMFT, offering couples, family and teen therapy and life coaching in person in Irvine and by telehealth across California.
02The challenge
People looking for a therapist are often anxious and unsure where to start. The practice's previous site-builder page didn't explain the approach, who it serves or what happens after reaching out.
03Design approach
- 01
Wrote around the practice's own idea: every relationship is a system.
- 02
Designed a warm, quiet identity with a soft serif, natural colors and an animated 'relationship map' motif.
- 03
Made the first step feel small: a clear explanation of what a consultation is and what happens next.
04Final solution
What we built
- 0111 page types, including dedicated pages for couples, family, teen therapy and life coaching
- 02A 4-step consultation request that asks only for contact details and availability
- 03Required license and supervision disclosure on every page
- 04Pages for approach, about, FAQ and privacy
